RingBuddy is committed to ensuring that ringbuddy.net and the RingBuddy mobile app are accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Our Commitment
We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and app by following WCAG 2.1 AA guidance. This includes:
- Providing text alternatives for non-text content
- Ensuring all functionality is available via keyboard
- Providing sufficient color contrast for text and UI elements
- Supporting screen readers and assistive technologies
- Respecting reduced-motion preferences
- Providing clear focus indicators for keyboard navigation
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas of the site or app may not yet fully meet this standard. We are actively working to address these. If you encounter a specific barrier, please let us know using the contact information below.
Technical Approach
ringbuddy.net is built with semantic HTML5, accessible ARIA landmarks and labels, and keyboard-navigable components. The RingBuddy mobile app is built with Flutter and uses platform-native accessibility APIs on iOS (VoiceOver) and Android (TalkBack).
